Pengcheng Phase I : A Successful Completion

July 21-22, Sellers Union Institution ushered in the last lesson, "Enterprise Comprehensive Management Sand Table Simulation" in "Pengcheng Phase I" training project, this course invited the domestic sand table expert Mr. Wang Weibo to teach in person.

 

 

During the two-day course, the whole class was divided into five groups. The group members served as "General Manager, Financial Director, Sales Director, Production Director, and Marketing Director" respectively. The two-day market competition was launched by simulating the operation of enterprises. Through a round of sand table promotion, five groups constantly adjust their strategies and seek the layout of the article. Finally, the second group was awarded the "best management team", and Xu Shengke and other students were awarded the "best general manager", "best sales director", "best production director" and "best financial director".

 

 

The trainees said that through sand table simulation, they had a comprehensive experience of the company's operation, had a more profound understanding of the strategic layout of the enterprise, team management, resource collaboration and so on, and fully felt that it was not easy to run a good company.

In the end of "Pengcheng Phase I" training project, Sellers Union Institution also arranged a keynote speech for the students. Sellers Union Group members, with an average age of more than 12 years, had came on stage to tell their own Seller stories, from their own growth and transformation, to the ups and downs of team management, to the scenery and characters on the road to struggle. The beliefs conveyed in the stories, such as embracing change, obeying the overall situation, bearing heavy burdens, brave struggle, solidarity and cooperation, and so on. These stories are all wonderful chapters of Sellers Union Group’s twenty-odd years of entrepreneurship history, and also the highlight of Sellers’ culture.

 

 

"Pengcheng Phase I" is a leadership training program tailored for senior and middle managers of Sellers Union Institution in the "Zhanchi, Qingyun, Pengcheng, Longteng" management training series. It is a one-year course divided into "self-management, management of others, management team, management business" four sections. Through the way like teachers teaching, enterprise visits, team building, sand table simulation and other teaching methods, trainees combine theory with practice and quickly improve their management capabilities. The training program starts from classroom study and management practice, and enables students to systematically study management knowledge and concepts while actively applying what they have learned to practical work. Through constant practice, trial and error, improvement and accumulation, they can effectively improve their personal management ability.
