The Establishment of Union Service Business Department
Business Department II of Union Chance Company of Sellers Union Group, called “Wild Wolves”, is a young and energetic team which looking forward the wolf spirit. This team is not afraid of failure. They emphasize more on the teamwork and they hope that they can be overwhelming, just like the invincible wild wolves. They never hide their ambitions and talents, and they build their dreams with their youth and sweat. Now the dream comes into the reality.
On Nov 28th, Business Department II of Union Chance, led by Michael Xu, was officially upgraded to Union Service Business Department of Sellers Union Group. They have been preparing for a long time for this moment.
Vinson Qian, the Vice President of the Group and the Chairman of Union Service Business Department, made a speech at the founding ceremony. He said that, from the early subsidiary model to the current business partnership system, Sellers Union Group has always committed to providing employees with a relaxing and inclusive internal entrepreneurship platform so that new employees can stand on the shoulders of predecessors and have the opportunity to learn, grow and start their own businesses.
At present, the foreign trade industry is high-intensity, hence the job we do may be similar to the job of blue-collar workers. However, for those younger generations who have ordinary qualifications but are willing to do first, work hard, refine every process and persist in surpassing, the company can provide more opportunities and space for their growth. If the conquest of Sellers Union Group is the Sea of Stars, the establishment of Union Service Business Division is a new beginning in the conquering process. I hope everyone of Union Service Business Department can always try to blaze new innovative trails in the future. In this way, we can be the final winners.
At 11:18 (eleven eighteen), the exciting moment came with the sound of festive firecrackers. Patrick Xu (Group CEO), Vinson Qian (Chairman of Union Service Business Department), Michael Xu (General Manager of Union Service Business Department), Tony Wang (General Manager of Union Deal), Justin Fang (General Manager of Union Home), and Sweet Rao (Deputy Director of Union Service Business Department) cut the ribbon to celebrate the establishment of Union Service Business Department.
Union Service is formed by a group of young people from different places. They have various starting points but they have common goals and dreams. They have been fighting for five years, just like the persevering wolf warriors. The past journey was full of adventure and challenge, now they will start afresh and take off wantonly.

It has been ten years since Michael Xu joined the company. He has witnessed the continuous growth and rapid development of the company in the past decade.
In 2013, a brave and striving team – “Wild Wolves” was formed by seven members of two business groups. Focusing on providing market procurement trade supply chain service, “Wolf Warriors” has made great achievements in the past five years with the initial annual exports dramatically increased from only $4.43 million to the expected $30 million this year. Now it has become an independently operating business division.
At the establishment ceremony, Michael Xu said: “Union Service is a group of ordinary young people, but we are passionate and progressive because we love this industry and we aim to actively promote the development of the company. We are not afraid of any challenges not matter how difficult they are. The establishment of Union Service Business Division is a legacy of the past and a commitment for the future. I think the youth belongs to the people who are creating dreams.
