The Group Held the 2018 Award Ceremony of Sellers Union College

On Dec 28th 2018, Sellers Union Group held the 2018 Annual Summary Commendation Congress of Sellers Union College. There were more than 60 lecturers and correspondents taking part in this commendation congress.

Mentioning the part of training, Sellers Union Group organized 64 classes in 2018, the total trainees reached 4313 person-time, and the average satisfaction was 96%. Firstly, Sellers Union College continued developing the professional training courses. Secondly, the first phase of Pengcheng and the second phase of Qingyun dramatically improved the management capability of middle and senior teams. Moreover, the online micro-class was quite popular and we started to know other different aspects of Sellers according to the speech contest – “the Story of Sellers Union Group”. Furthermore, Sellers Union College also invited senior managers to share their experience and employees could have the chance to communicate with them.

As for the propaganda of enterprise culture, this year the Group still focused on the aspects of Starts from a Dream, Quarterly Express and Sellers Union Weekly. Besides, we promoted several festival activities such as ‘writing three-line poems for your mother’ and ‘childhood snack gift bag’ which also attracted the public attention.

The award ceremony rewarded the lecturers and correspondents who had excellent performance in 2018. 

 Finally, the ceremony handed out the letter of appointments for the lecturers and correspondents of 2019.
