Our Group's Volunteers Participated in the Volunteer Activities of Li Huili Eastern Hospital

In the morning of October 23th, four employees of Sellers Union Group went to Li Huili Eastern Hospital under the organization of High-tech Zone Innovation and Pioneer Park Party Committee to conduct volunteer activities. The purpose of this activity was to simplify and ease up the procedure of seeing a doctor by helping patients to register, take a number, reserve, payment through self-service machines.

In recent years, the hospital self-service machine has largely saved the manpower cost. However, there are still a large number of patients and their families not familiar with the operation, especially the elderly people. They neither understand the treatment procedures or locations, nor how to take a number or cancel the reservation through the self-service machine. Some even have no idea about which department to register, where to take the medicine, how to make an invoice. What our volunteers should do was to help them clear these doubts and assist them to learn the operation of the self-service machine.

There were some other volunteers joined in the voluntary activity. Some of them had become the volunteers for two years, and had known every aspect of the hospital very well. They were surprised to hear that it was the first time for us to join the hospital voluntary activity because we were quite professional at doing these things.
