Our Group’s Subsidiaries Held Their Own Annual Meeting Respectively

In order to comprehensively analyze the reasons of achieving profitability growth in 2018 and summarize the insufficient aspects and further plan the key emphasis in 2019, our group’s subsidiaries held their own annual meeting respectively before spring festival.

During the meeting, the general managers of each company (or business division) made annual reports and each department leader announced their 2019 working plans. Everyone was quite confident as they believed that they would be able to achieve these challenging growth aims. Meanwhile, the meeting published the 2019 Assessment methods and incentive schemes. All the department leaders signed the responsibility documents which demonstrated a new beginning of 2019. The meeting also gave away the certificates to the employees who got promoted at the end of 2018 and rewarded the outstanding colleagues.
